Warhammer 40,000 11th Edition Doubles Tournament

Grab a teammate and get ready for a full day of Warhammer 40,000 as we host our 11th Edition Doubles Tournament!

Teams will consist of two players, each bringing a 1,000-point army, for a combined total of 2,000 points per team.

Tournament Format

The event will consist of three rounds, with a lunch break during the day.

Doubles Rules:

• Each player brings a 1,000-point army.
• The two armies within a team cannot be from the same faction.
• Each team must nominate one player/army as the Warlord.
• Players must arrange their own doubles partner before the event. We will not be pairing individual players into teams.
• Current Warhammer 40,000 11th Edition rules will be used.
• Players will need the Warhammer 40,000 Companion app.
• Once your ticket has been purchased, you will need to register for the event through Best Coast Pairings. Event registration details will be provided to ticket holders.

Schedule

9:30am – Store opens / player registration
10:00am – Tournament begins
Three rounds will be played throughout the day, including a lunch break.

Please arrive in plenty of time to get set up so that the first round can begin promptly at 10:00am.

Awards will be presented for:

• 1st Place
• 2nd Place
• Best Painted
• Sportsmanship

Whether you’re aiming for the top tables, bringing out an army you’re particularly proud of, or just looking forward to a day of doubles 40K, this should be a fantastic day of gaming.

Important: This is a doubles event and players are responsible for arranging their own teammate. Purchasing a ticket does not automatically pair you with another player.
